clearing all data deleted my all data from cloud as well even tho everything was synced with email id.
I was having issue with accessing my bookmarks so i thought i should clear data of app through system settings. when i opened the browser after clearing all data , it deleted all data from cloud as well. now there’s no data left on my email id.
I did check online if it’ll delete my data from cloud before doing so and i found out it’ll only delete data from mobile storage and not from cloud. It still deleted everything from cloud including synced bookmarks, saved password, Recent tabs.
the bookmark bug is not fixed . it keeps buffering.
@airdropfarmer529 unfortunately, it may be isn’t deleted from cloud completely. It just stuck there, and your device is facing the same issues that I have faced in past(sadly, it’s still ongoing currently)

@airdropfarmer529 I think you don’t quite get it. The actual problem is, my other browsers sync services are working just fine(EVEN CÒC CÒC, WHICH COMES FROM THE SAME COUNTRY AS THE HEROND BROWSER, IS COMPLETELY WORKING FINE WITHOUT ANY MAJOR SERVER OUTAGE TILL NOW!). But, herond browser right now unfortunately facing weird issues here, while the dev team saying something else. Even upgrading the chromium code doesn’t help that much. (SPOILER: The sync problem is all started{or rather say, existed)since the first 2.0.** version!}

(Keep it in mind that, I’m right now posting it on herond browser, with full network connectivity, no issues on that part!).
@airdropfarmer529 also, it may sound weird to you, but herond devs are actually aware of it already. And I have no idea what actually the problem here is.
Then, after a long period of time, They said(in past conversation) there’s no problem is happening on their server side. I don’t know what to say about it.
ahh well i guess now the devs can see the issue is actually from their end and not ours
it shouldn’t takes years to fix this basic problem.
also there are few more bugs thats are really annoying but before them all , i want them to solve this issue.
even if i manage to get all my bookmarks and recent tabs only for once like you , I’ll just copy them all and put it on chrome. can’t trust herond with my data not being lost and no one solves it for years.
I’ve messaged admin in their telegram group as well lets see what happens. do let me know if you manage to solve the issue some how.
